Late payment

My belles outlet credit card has been on automatic payment for many years now. Now all of a sudden i get noticed of a late payment passed 30 days and was also reported to the credit Bureau. When i got online to pay the balance,both my bank account and my wifes secondary payment were still save on the site...Now why was there a late payment id like to dispute this action taken against me and will take it as far up the chain as i have to

Avoid at all cost

At Bells outlet can be a potential liability for any customer or employee. In this store they claim to have advanced cameras, audio, and loss prevention team that they invested heavily on.

However, the employees are stuck working on outdated computers and credit card machines comparable to POS systems. The company leaves employees stuck to deal with many consistent ongoing issues with these systems (A few of the cc machines have to have the cashiers do something manually in order to get them to swipe and or tap.) These machines often drop a signal which downs and/or disrupts the cash registers, leaving the employees with the task of figuring out how to operate and customers will end up waiting a long time to check out. These machines constantly have to be restarted. The firewalls on them are constantly malfunctioning as well, so all the data in these systems are not always well protected and could be an easier target to breach data.

Meanwhile, this stores "advanced monitoring system" this store invested so much in can appear to show questionable transactions that are most likely just a system problem. Bealls also has its employees where walkie talkies in the whole time they are there, and they can communicate thru them. At times, managers will have them do something without the manager even being up at the registers. So these monitoring systems can be showing an employee using a register with no customers at the request of a supervisor or another employee even.

So that employee at the register the monitoring system shows on camera can be held accountable for whatever went on in a conversation thru the radios that the monitoring system doesn't pick up on. It could appear to make that person on the computer doing what they are told to do look suspicious, and the store WILL NOT allow you to view the footage to explain any possible system errors or conversations via radio. They will just interrogate that employee with their version of the Reid method and will not accept that their "advanced" monitoring system didn't capture the whole picture of what that employee was doing and try to force that employee to admit to a crime that they didn't do. If the employee does/ doesn't.

They will prosecute customers and employees and fail to tell police how outdated their computer and card machines are. Also, employees can get paid to "turn customers and fellow employees in" for any suspected theft and utilities the inconsistencies of the outdated machines/ lack of fire wall/manipulation of these systems to make it appear as whatever customer/ employee they are "turning in" to get their cash reward did something criminal that was "caught on camera" that can be easily twisted bc of the *** equipment Bealls has its employees operate on, their employee communication tactics, and their "turn in reward" program. They also shove new employees to the register before they are ready, and that employee is then liable for mistakes they don't even know they've made. Bealls spent/spends big $ on their surveillance system but neglects their actual system equipment employees work off.

They will not let you see what the camera caught to explain what you were doing they don't care they will prosecute anyway and never tell police about the other things that go on the camera doesn't see. Don't risk your freedom as a customer or employee here. They will prosecute and will not let you ask questions or dispute what is being shown on camera. They also won't tell police about these inconsistencies/ scenarios.

Just the camera footage. You're then left with a potential legal headache simply for doing your job or shopping there.

Just don't risk stepping foot into this building. They need to spend the money on the equipment and software that employees are being watched on by their "state of the art 360 cameras" like they did with the surveillance loss prevention.

I found 2 women's blouses at your Warner Robins, GA store, but they didn't have my size. I called your customer service line and they said they did not have these brands, but clearly Beall's did, since I tried them on in the store. I wanted both of these blouses in an extra large. One was brand Amana and the other Joie de Rivire. Could you please check to see if you have these in another store and could ship them to me?

Good afternoon, I just left your Beaufort South looking for African American Santa, to only be disappointed that you have over 12 shelves 3 isles and 4 tables set with Caucasian Santas and Nutcrackers. Nothing African American. This is really disturbing. Please speak with the District Manger and Buyer and bring some Diversity into this store. In 2022 there should be some sort of diversity in your store. Your customer base in not all Caucasian. The majority of your staff is even African American.

Paid credit card off and cancelled the card. 2 weeks later revieve a bill for $64 for "late fees and interest".

Said the payment was 13 minutes late it went thru at 5:13pm. Had tried to pay thru website for 30 minutes, website wouldn't take my info, said no account available. Then on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk to a human to take my payment. Called Bealls outlet today to find out what was going on and was told they couldn't take it off because the account was closed.

Went to a higher up and she has put in a dispute. Was very "understanding" .

Trying to get it removed. Well know in a couple weeks, but we know how these credit card companies are so we will see.

WebSite login issues

Trying tog into my acct online, so that I can pay my bill, but , no matter what I do I get a message that says, there is a glitch in the system & I am not allowed to login. Tried calling in to cust srvc, but your system will not allow me to talk to anyone. I am trying to pay my bill, that is due on 7-6-2022. If I have to call in to make my payment, I will most certainly pay be paying a convienence fee simply because your system is not working correctly. Could someone reach out to me with an explanation as to what is going on?

Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced

The bealls outlet in Fort Myers located on Cleveland avenue is constantly unorganized and the line is almost always wrapped around the standard waiting area. not only that but the employees are rude and miserable. do not go there on a time crunch because youll spend an hour minimum waiting in line.

Today my husband and i went to bealls outlet in Douglasville store #270 The store manager discriminated against myself and my husband so bad we put our items back and left. She followed me around the store as if i was stealing. Let me set the record straight, I was very much in there shopping as a paying customer. Had she not made us feel so unwelcome we would've stayed to shop & purchased the items we found. But instead we ended up walking out feeling very upset and uncomfortable. I absolutely love bealls outlet, you can find some awesome stuff in there. But to be treated this way, is way uncalled for! DO BETTER STORE #270

Very very very bad service

DONTI went to the Bealls Outlet in Brunswick Georgia and the store was so busy and there where so many people shopping in there because of the holidays and last minute shopping for christmas. The bathrooms where nasty and there was bathroom tissues on the floor.

There was a very long line all the way to the women's department and there was no manager in the store except one supervisor handling the store and two associates on the registers. After an hour the manager showed up and she opened another register and she started shouting and yelling while she was on the register saying next customer and her face looked mad and all the customers was looking at her and wondering what's wrong with her.

The store was messy and clothes was on the floor and top of the racks. I will never shop in that store and the customer service was really bad and I just want to say "DON'T SHOP IN THAT STORE AND THEY HAVE VERY BAD SERVICE".
